Southern Exposure

Southern Exposure is a hard driving midwest modern country/southern rock band. We started in 2001 in Wonder Lake, IL with the intention of playing the occasional bar gig. We had a 15 song set list that we would just replay for the 2nd set! After the devastating loss of our original drummer Ron Doucet and various other musician changes we decided to get serious and have now evolved into a professional group of talented musicians. We now have original music that we feel is as good or better than the covers that we also play. There is no greater feeling than to have someone say "I love this song" but know it's the first time they heard it! Our goal is to be the best live act that you will ever see. If you've ever been down south people don't dance to recorded music they dance to live bands and that's our goal. We want to be that band. When you come to one of our shows you can be guaranteed of a night of boot stompin', ass kickin' southern rockin' country music. Whether you two-step, line dance or do the swing you'll have a good time with us.
